Courage2be Counselling Services founded by Janine Hodge, MBACP, Counsellor and play therapist, has been established to help make a difference to the mental health and wellbeing of children, teens and adults across Herts, Beds and Bucks.

Janine can offer a wealth of different experiences, knowledge and choice. But above all, her warm, caring approach and willingness to work with clients to ensure that the therapy is genuinely meeting the clients’ needs and expectations is what really contributes to her success.

Having a strong desire for best practice, Janine takes the time to really listen. She welcomes client feedback and takes her continued professional development seriously.

Janine is a  member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and holds an enhanced DBS certificate and relevant public liability insurance.
